MRI Box and Dice MRI Box and Dice

Version 7.19 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

File storage for Rentals. We've added the ability to store files against Rental Listings and Rental Appraisals. This change aligns the behaviour of Rentals with our Sales Listings and Appraisals. It allows users with File ACL (Access Control Level) permission to store tenancy agreements, prospective tenant applications and other useful documents. It also enables users to attach rental files when sending emails from within the "Send Email" modal.

Things We've Improved

  • We've added a confirmation step when users click the "List" button on Appraisals, for both Sales and Rentals. When the "List" button is clicked, a confirmation modal appears with the message "Are you sure you want to convert this Appraisal into a Listing?". This will help prevent the accidental conversion of an appraisal into a listing. 
  • We’ve updated our "Edit Staff Details" modal, replacing old code and improving backend processes related to our Multifactor Authentication feature through Okta.
