Things We’ve Made
- File description visibility. We now show the file description when attaching a file to an email. This will display along with the file name, to help ensure you always attach the correct file when sending a potential buyer or vendor a Listing or Property file.

Box and Dice Lead Flow enhancements. Box and Dice's All-in-One prospecting system has been enhanced! This release includes a bunch of new small changes we have made to Lead Flow, available for all Offices that have this module enabled:

REA Appraisal Lead Auto Alert. It's now possible to create an Auto Alert when an REA market appraisal lead has been received via Lead Flow. This means you can be notified, via your preferred method, the instant the lead is received allowing you to take action quickly and secure the Appraisal.

- Intuitive Contact Order. When a Call Sheet is opened, this will trigger the associated Contact to be 'boosted' to the top of the Contact Search screen, meaning once you navigate to this screen all those Contacts you have recently viewed when prospecting will be accessible without needing to search for them.
- Appraisal Lead event removed from Timeline. When an Appraisal Lead is removed (as opposed to dismissed) the Contact timeline entry will be removed. Removing an Appraisal Lead generally means no action has been taken, and so this avoids clogging up the timeline with information that is not useful.

Things We’ve Improved
- Faster Rental Appraisal creation. We have added a '+Add' button to the Rental Appraisals screen, allowing you to quickly initiate the creation of a Rental Appraisal, in the same way you a Sales Appraisal can be created.
- Office Group level unsubscribe. Currently when a Contact unsubscribes from email or SMS marketing communications, we will apply the unsubscribe to all email addresses that exist within a system. We have made this configurable, so that in cases where competing business sit in different Office Groups, the unsubscribe will only apply to the Office Group that Contact is associated with. This can be managed via Settings > CRM > Manage Unsubscribe.
- Secondary eMail visibility. A Contact's 'Secondary email' now appears under the 'Basic' section of the Edit Contact screen, rather than under 'Personal Details'
- Enhanced Quick Search. The algorithm that returns results via 'Quick Search' (the search box in the navigation menu) has been updated to return better results when searching by Contact name, number or a Property address.
Things We’ve Fixed
- If your system has the configuration set to not allow duplicate Contacts to be created (Settings > CRM > Allow Duplicate Contacts), a duplicate was previously not identified if the email address of the two Contacts was the same, but had different capitalisation between them. This has been updated so a match is found when two email addresses are the same, but with inconsistent capitalisation.
