Version 7.4 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

Realestate.co.nz portal feed

We've completed an upgrade to the portal feed to Realestate.co.nz to use their new FeedAPI.

 

Things We’ve Improved

New filter options.

  • You can now exclude suburbs from residential address searches. This can assist in identifying out-of-area Owners:
    none suburb filter.png
  • You can now include property tags as a column in your search results for the Sales and Rentals tabs.

Various small bug fixes.

 

Things We’re Working On

  • Security enhancements.
  • The ability to link a Contact filter with a Prospecting Lead List.
  • PropertyTree integration with Box and Dice.
  • Surfacing REA leads in Box and Dice.
  • REA Buying Signals in the Mobile App.
