Things We’ve Made

  • Integration with Social Eazie
    • We’re excited to announce the launch of a new integration with Social Eazie, making it easy to run social media ad campaigns in just a few clicks within Box and Dice.
    • The Social Eazie team has recently joined MRI, allowing us to offer you a trusted, reliable and well supported solution to take the hassle out of social media marketing.
    • A Social Eazie tile is available on the 'self serve' Settings > Integration page, under the "Custom Integrations" section.

    • As Social Eazie is a new offering which we are displaying to specific segments of our users, for some users the integration is on by default (and the Social Ads button is visible), whereas for others the integration is off by default (and the Social Ads button is not visible). If you do not see a Social Ads button, please discuss with your office champion about enabling this new integration.
    • If you would like to disable the integration please refer to the steps in this article from our Help Centre: Enabling, Disabling & Managing Integrations
    • When enabled, each sale and rental listing in Box and Dice will show a Social Eazie button, allowing you to easily place an order for a For Sale, For Rent, Just Sold or Just Leased advertising campaign on Google, Facebook and Instagram or all three.

  • Social Ads ACL
    • To help you manage access to this new integration with Social Eazie, we've created a new “Social Ads - View” permission, which can be found under the existing subheading "Listings" on the Settings > General > Access page.
    • Users without the “Social Ads - View” permission will not be authorised to open the Social Eazie screen and will be unable to order a social ad within Box and Dice.

Things We’ve Improved

  • We've improved the colour coordination of email and SMS icons on the contact timeline, so that both regular and marketing emails use a blue icon, and both regular SMS and marketing SMS use a green icon.

Things We’ve Fixed

  • When generating a custom stocklist style report via our Library, the report was including more listings then those the user had selected. This has been fixed.
  • The results included partial matches when filtering the contact database by a mobile number. This has been fixed.

Things We’re Working On

  • Security enhancements
  • The ability to link a Contact filter with a Prospecting Lead List
  • PropertyTree integration with Box and Dice
  • Filtering Contacts when secondary email is known or unknown
  • AI-generated advertising copy
