Version 6.9 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
- It is now possible to disable Lead Capture for Rental Listings enquiries that come from REA. If you manage enquiries from your Property Management system, you may find this useful to avoid enquiries being duplicated across two systems.
Currently when an REA enquiry is processed for a Rental Listing:-
It is counted as a statistic on the Lead Capture dashboard.
-
An enquiry activity event is created/recorded on the contact timeline.
-
A web enquiry task is created (if the consultant has ticked “Automatically create Lead Capture Enquiry tasks when a contact is ingested” on ‘Settings > Lead Capture > Personal Settings - Tasks’)
These actions can now be disabled for Rental Listings (Sales Listing enquiries will continue to work as they do now). To disable Lead Capture for Rental Listings enquiries from REA, navigate to Settings > Lead Capture > Office and uncheck 'Enable processing of Rental listings through Lead Capture via the REA Leads API.
More information can be found in the Help Centre Article: /hc/articles/12857384507023
-
- When a marketing email or SMS is sent from the Library, an 'Unsubscribe' link will be included. If a contact clicks the unsubscribe link they are navigated to a landing page allowing them to confirm their decision to unsubscribe from future marketing communications. This replicates the functionality that exists when sending a marketing email or SMS from other areas within Box and Dice.
Things We’ve Improved
- If a person enquires about multiple listings from REA an autoresponder email will trigger for each separate listing. Previously only one response would be sent for the first unique enquiry.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Previously the Stakeholder payout was calculated by [Deposit Funds] - [Invoices Due]. The Stakeholder payout calculation has been updated to [Ledger Total] - [Invoices Due]. This change has been made to cover the case where advertising funds have been receipted but not yet paid out of the trust. Please note, the Account Summary report has always calculated the Stakeholder payout using the Ledger Total, and not the Deposited Funds.
- Lead Capture leads were not always being attached to the correct listing when the address contained a slash (/) character. This has been fixed.
- The Victorian suburb of Strathtulloh has been added to the address finder.
Things We’re Working On
- Prospecting workflow
