6.2 Release Notes

Version 6.2 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

A new Blast email template, called 'Default-v1'. This simple template is based off the existing 'default' template but includes an updated banner image and colours to give the default template a more contemporary look and feel.
Quick Filters have been added to the Rental Appraisal Search screen so that you can easily find the rental appraisals you are most interested in. You can now quickly filter by commonly used filters such as tags, territories, property attributes like baths, beds, cars and property type.
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) - we have added the ability to set up MFA for those clients who don't use Single Sign-On. This gives an increased level of security when a user signs in to the Box and Dice web application. When inserting an image into an email it will display where the cursor is placed, making it easier to position your images.
To provide greater control over what displays in the Account Summary Report, the 'Hide from Account Summary' option has been added to Transfer transactions, allowing you to choose to remove these transaction types from displaying on the report.

OFI text messages are now sent as a 'Transactional' SMS rather than a 'Marketing' SMS.
Auto Alerts are Record Logs that are created based on an export are displaying the correct information.
Resetting a filter on the Sales Listing screen will clear the Date Listed.
The filter details of a Saved Filter containing a Category now render correctly.
