8.0 Release Notes

MRI Box and Dice MRI Box and Dice

Version 8.0 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

Future income visualisation for agents, rental BDMs and managers. Visualise your future income as an agent, rental BDM or manager. See what's coming in your pipeline as anticipating income is important. We've added a new income visualisation 'Pipeline Chart' to both the Sales and rental appraisal views. Combined with a new 'Detailed view', replacing our old 'Basic view', these changes allow agents and rental BDMs to better track and manage their appraisals without opening each record individually. The Detailed view also highlights when an appraisal contact does not have a future follow-up scheduled and prompts the agent to create a next action so that they don't miss the opportunity to List that Appraisal. 

 

Option to 'Use Library Template' when sending emails. We are committed to modernising your experience when generating and sending templates, and in this release we've added a 'Use Library Template' option into the 'Send email' screen. When toggled on you'll be able to select one of your email templates from the Contact Library, and set the associated property or listing etc. When a template is selected, you'll have see a "Preview" option appear at the bottom, allowing you to review how the template has generated for each of your recipients before sending.

Coming soon in future releases, we will be expanding this feature into sending SMS templates, generating letters and send templates from listings to related contacts like Solicitors, so that you never need to open our 'old' Library ever again.

Refreshed Library Template Management. We've added a new settings page for easy template creation (Settings > Library Templates) and editing of existing Library templates. This page also includes a nifty "Copy" option, allowing you to clone an existing template with ease. 

Coming soon in future releases, more features will be added into this new settings page so that you'll never need to open our 'old' Library to manage your templates ever again.

Things We've Improved

  • New GraphQL API. As part of our "open and connected" philosophy, we have a new API in EAP (Early Adopter Program) along with a new Partner Portal which will allow future partners to self-serve and gain quicker access to your data for standard integrations. We've also implemented changes that allow our team to develop new endpoints quicker than ever before. This is a foundation piece which we will continue to grow in 2025, making the new GraphQL API our most comprehensive offering.

  • Campaign Supplier column. The VPA (vendor paid advertising) reconciliation process has been improved. You can now see the supplier name for campaign items right in your Sales Listings search screen making it easier to reconcile your numbers.

  • Tooltips for display/search/portal price. We've made usability improvements to help you get a better handle on the price fields in sales and rental listings. For sales listings, hover over the Display Price, Portal Price, or Search Price tooltips to see clear explanations of where each price is displayed or used. For rental listings, we've created tooltips too. 

  • Sync 3 listing agents to MVI. We've made a new update that will keep things running smoothly with RealHub. Previously, our system only sent details of two Advertising Consultants in the XML feed, but now, you'll be able to send information for all three! This means your third agent can seamlessly access listings for quotes, proofs, and approvals in RealHub, just like they used to in CampaignTrack.
