Version 7.20 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
Secondary Mobile. You can now add a secondary mobile number to contacts! When you enter a secondary mobile number on a contact, it will function similar to our existing ‘Secondary Email’ field, with the ability to: easily search for them using B+D’s Quick Search feature or via ‘search within results; filter contacts by ‘secondary mobile is known/unknown’; add the 'Secondary Mobile' column when in Table view; and clicking a secondary mobile number opens the 'Send SMS' modal. Overall, this addition allows you to collect both personal and work numbers of Contacts in your system.
Note: Secondary mobile can't be added unless a primary mobile exists. Also, sending marketing SMS to secondary mobiles aren't allowed (because the unsubscribe permission is connected to their primary mobile number).
YourPorter Integration. We’ve partnered with YourPorter, who provide connection recommendations on utilities etc to purchasers when moving. Clients who enable the integration in their system will be prompted with a new ‘Provide Consent to Share Data’ modal when adding a new purchaser to a listing. Once consent is given, the purchaser’s contact details will become visible to YourPorter.

When viewing a listing’s inspections, you can now toggle between past and future. By default, future inspections are shown, as is current state. When the users toggles to see past inspections, the list is paginated and includes attendee numbers.
This feature lets you review the complete past inspection history of your listing at a glance without needing to generate a vendor report.
