Version 7.14 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

Contact Automations. We continue build features designed to help you and your business become more efficient, allowing you to free up more of your time. Contact Automations is a feature with exactly this in mind.

The Contact Automations feature currently in the BETA Phase and is turned off by default. However, we are actively seeking clients interested in and willing to participate in testing this new functionality.

We encourage clients who agree to work with us during this BETA phase to report bugs or issues, and provide valuable feedback to help us enhance and refine this integration.

Our initial release of Contact Automations allows you to automatically apply a Task Template (formerly known as "Loyalty Campaigns") to a Contact based on a trigger event occurring. 

Reminder: When creating Task Templates, you have the option to connect one of your Library templates to each task, so when it comes time to action the task you can select the "Generate Email" button and preview a populated email before sending.

For those who've joined our BETA phase: To set up a Contact Automation, navigate to Settings > Automations > Contact Automations. We've also created new 'Contact Automations > Save/Delete' ACLs so you can control who has permission to manage this new feature for your organisation.

In the example below a Contact Automation has been set up so that each time a Contact is added as a Purchaser to a Sale, the 'Purchaser Anniversary' Task Template will be automatically applied to the Contact who is the Purchaser of the property. By configuring this Contact Automation you will no longer need to manually apply the template after each sale takes place, ensuring your team never misses the chance to nurture a future seller.

This is just one example, but there are many different events that can be used as a trigger to automatically add a Task Template to a Contact. And this is only the start - this is a foundational piece for future updates which will allow different events to trigger new actions, such as sending out automated Emails and SMS to contacts. 

 

Investor Leads Notification - We know how important Investor Leads can be to your business - and therefore have added a simple new feature that allows an agent to quickly mark a Buyer as an Investor Lead, by applying a designated category to the Contact. Then, using an Auto Alert you can set up an automatic notification to your BDM to reach out to the Buyer and pitch your business' Property Management services. 

If this is something you would like to implement in your business, a user with the necessary permission can enable it via Settings > CRM > Investor Lead Notification. Once enabled, a new button will display on the Buyer screen and when an agent clicks or taps on this button a category will be immediately added to the Buyer Contact. You can either set an existing Category to be added, or alternatively we will add a default 'Buyer Investor' Category. Then set up an Auto Alert to be triggered when this category has been applied, giving you the ability to immediately notify your BDM of an opportunity.

Things We’ve Improved

On the Lead Flow Call Sheet we have updated the 'Dismiss Lead' options that can be selected if you were successful in making contact with the Lead. You can now set if the Lead sold their property either less than 6 months ago or more than 6 months ago. This data can then be used to derive more insightful reporting - for example, if over a period of time you see you many leads are dismissed with the reason 'Sold within 6 months' it might be a sign you are generating quality leads but they are not timely, and therefore need to sourced or actioned sooner.
