A new 'Last Recorded Contact' filter -
It is now easier than ever to reconnect with orphan contacts who haven't been contacted in a while.
On the Contacts Search screen, we have introduced a new filter to allow you to identify Contacts which you have had no contact with for a set time. This can be used to identify Contacts in your database which you have previously had some contact with and allow you to re-engage with them through a call, SMS or email. The sub-filter can be used to specify what type (or types) of contact should be used to return the results you are interested in.

Auto Alerts when reports are Subscribed to -
Understand who is subscribing to reports in your agency.
For users with appropriate access, it is now possible to set up Auto Alerts to be triggered when a user Subscribes to a report on the Contacts, Appraisals or Sales Search screens. These can be set up via Settings > General > Auto Alerts.

Things We’ve Improved
- A Record Log will be created when a user approves a Blast email. You can read more about our system and record logs here: /hc/articles/12857515904783
- We have reverted back to displaying cents in the Commission Intro and Property Value Intro fields on the Listing Commissions page.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Occasionally a user was blocked from sending an email from the Listing with a file attached. This has been rectified.
- Auto Alerts triggered by the creation of a report being run would in some instances be sent multiple times. This will no longer occur.
