Version 5.8 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients.

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

  • Auto Alerts when reports are generated - it is now possible to set up Auto Alerts to be triggered when a user generates a report on the Contacts, Appraisals or Sales Search screens. These can be set up via Settings > General > Auto Alerts.

  • Record Logs are now automatically created when a user runs a filter in the Contacts, Appraisals and Sales screens. To view a staff members record logs navigate to their profile, click 'More' and then 'Record Logs'.

Things We’ve Improved

  • We have created a configuration setting to determine if you want to include or remove a trusts listing transactions from the Account Summary report. This can be set by navigating to Settings > Accounting > General > [Office name]’ page and selecting “Allow trust transactions to be hidden from Account Summary report”.

 

Things We’ve Fixed

  • The Expanded Listing report now includes the Consultant. 
  • In one instance due to a Time Zone issue an auction date appeared 30 minutes early on Portals. This has been corrected.
  • A new suburb, Weir View VIC 3338, has been added to the address finder.
