Version 6.11 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
- The Contact timeline will now display whether an email or SMS was 'tagged' as a marketing communication before being sent. This feature has been built so that you can identify if an email or SMS was classified as a marketing communication and therefore ensure compliance with the SPAM Act.
- We have built a new configuration that will allow you to set whether the default 'Commission value' is inclusive or exclusive of GST. If your company prefers to set the Commission value as 'Inc GST', you can now set this as the default and won't need to change it on each individual sale.
- A similar configuration has been built to allow you to set the default setting for the 'Comm Split' and 'Comm Introduced' values - you can now select whether the default value is 'Before Deduction' or 'After Deduction'.
The configuration for each can be accessed via Settings > Sales > Defaults: - We now support portal loading via SFTP using an SSH key for portals that require this. More info can be found in the HCA: /hc/articles/12857392945295-
- You can create your own Send Contract templates to be consistent over the CRM and Agent App
Things We’ve Improved
- For clients that use Office Groups, we have created a new setting so that 'Property Areas' can be scoped only to be visible to a specific Office Group. This setting can be found in Settings > CRM > Property Areas. By enabling this, a Property Area created by a user will only be visible within the Office Group they belong to.
- We have updated the 'Sender' logic for e-alerts so that when a Contacts e-alert criteria is completed, but the 'e-Alert sender' is not set, the default sender for the Office Group is used. This change allows different Office Groups to select different 'Senders' if that is the preference. The logic is now as follows:
-
If the Contact's e-Alert sender is known, use that as the sender.
-
If the Contact's e-Alert sender is unknown (blank), and the Contact’s Office Group ID is known, use the default sender for that Office Group.
-
If the Contact's e-Alert sender is unknown (blank) and the Contact’s Office Group ID is unknown (which will be rare), then use the systemwide default sender.
-
- We have updated the navigation bar colour and styling and implemented new menu icons to provide a cleaner look across the platform.
Things We’ve Fixed
- For clients in New Zealand, the Advanced Vendor report will now include fields for 'TradeMe listing views' and 'RENZ Listing views', replacing similar fields for REA and Domain.
- When an REA rental enquiry was received, a Contact was not always created. This has been fixed.
- Tallawong and Spring Mountain have been added as suburbs.
- The Capitalisation setting is now working on suburbs with bi-capitalisation, e.g. McCrae
Things We’re Working On
- The ability to link a Contact filter with a Prospecting Lead List.
- Property Tree integration with Box and Dice
