Version 6.4 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Automatic session timeout after 12 hours of inactivity - to improve security a user will now be automatically signed out of their Box and Dice system after 12 hours of inactivity. This will affect all users regardless on whether SSO, MFA or neither is used to sign in. The default session timeout has been set to 12 hours, however this can be reduced to one hour or increased to a maximum of 72 hours across a system by the Box and Dice Support team if requested.

/hc/articles/12857421932175 - Switch to using the REA API for leads and reporting - we will use the REA API to retrieve REA leads for Lead Capture. There are many benefits for making this change including security and reliability, as well as potential future enhancements such as access to better reporting that can be embedded within B+D. For clients that use Box and Dice for portal loading, the switch over to use the API should be seamless with no configuration changes required. Things We’ve Improved
- CardDav - if you have configured your iOS device to sync Box and Dice contacts to your phone, we've made an update to ensure that any changes made by you to a contact within your phone's address book do not update the contact's details in the CRM. If you need to make a change to a contact, eg update their surname, we recommend making this change within the Box and Dice system, either via the Agent app or the Web application.
Things We’ve Fixed
- On the the Sales screen in some limited instances navigation to the correct Listing was not working.
- Navigating from the Dashboard to a different users Contacts, Appraisals or Listings occasionally would not return the correct filter results.
