5.1 Release Notes

Version 5.1 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients.

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

Two new reports that sit within our new reporting framework:
- Trust Fees Outstanding - this report is designed to display listings which have had purchaser deposits released early to the vendors conveyancer or solicitor via the "Stakeholder Payout" process and therefore do not have enough left in ledgers to pay invoices like Commissions. This report does not have a default filter, but it is expected a user would usually use a filter similar to:
  - Expected Settlement date is next 30 days
  - Listing Status is Not Settled
  - Stakeholder Payout is known.
- Auction Results - this report is designed to display listings that went to auction within a selected date range, the auction result, clearance rates and gross commission. Again, no default filter is associated with the report, in order to give you flexibility to generate the data you want to see, but we would expect a variation of the below filter to be used:
  - Auction Date is last 30 days
  - Listing status is any of Not Settled
New Auto Alerts have been created for when exports are made from the Appraisal or Listings screen.

We have created two new ACLs to replace the existing 'Add and remove unique categories for other consultants'. There is now one ACL for adding and a separate ACL for removing a unique category for another consultant.

Selecting Matching Contacts from a Property, Appraisal or Listing, and exporting the list of contacts to Blast will correctly consider all Matching Contact filters.

A subscription feature for our new reports. This will allow you to be emailed a report directly to your inbox on a scheduled basis.
