Version 4.29 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System.
Things We’ve Improved
- We have simplified the email and SMS Contact permissions. Now on the Edit Contact screen there are three permissions:
- Marketing Emails
- Marketing SMS
- Letter
- On the 'Send email' and 'Send SMS' modals we now include a toggle which will allow a user to flag an email or SMS as 'Marketing' or alternately 'Not Marketing/Transactional':
- Setting the toggle to 'Enabled/Marketing' will ensure only those Contacts with the email or SMS permission set can be sent the communication. Additionally - and importantly - if the 'Marketing' toggle is set, an Unsubscribe link will be included in the email or SMS allowing a Contact to unsubscribe if they wish. This ensures you comply with the Spam Act.
- Blast emails, emails sent from the Library and Property Alerts are all classified as Marketing emails.
Things We’ve Fixed
- When a new Rental listing is created, if a previous listing already existed, the advertising text will be copied over.
- Searching for properties with an apostrophe in the address now works.
- The 'Commission Drawn Date' filter has been renamed to 'Actual Deposit Release Date'.
Things We're Working On
- Reporting - this is in the final stages of testing now and will be deployed to our Beta clients shortly!
- Agent App improvements:
- Creating a property and appraisal in full.
- The ability to search for contacts via the category.
