Version 4.23 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients.

Things We've Made
- We have built an integration with Domain Lead Miner. This is a product Domain offers to identify properties that they have determined have a high propensity to sell. The integration can be enabled on the Integrations page in Box+Dice. Initially Domain will return a 'tag' that will be applied to a property in B+D allowing a user to run a filter identifying these properties. Over time this integration will be enriched.
- Portal price can now be added as a column on the Sales screen and sorted by.
- Allow a user to more easily create a property for an address (or PO Box) that can't be found by the address finder tool.
Things We’ve Improved
- Letter and email merges can now be done for Vendor and Purchaser Solicitors.
- If a Buyer Lead does not have a lead source, one will now be added if the user registers attendance at an inspection via a QR Code.
- The Advanced Vendor Activity report will now display all Buyer notes - making it consistent with the Simple report.
Things We’ve Fixed
- Small design improvements to the Advanced Vendor Activity report.
- 'Paid to client' details in the Account Summary report now display when expected.
- In certain instances multiple letters and emails in the library were being generated despite 'Single Combined' being selected. This has been fixed.
- Formatting of currency values has been corrected when exporting to Microsoft Word from the Sales or Contacts screens.
- Formatting of the Trust Receipt email has been improved.
- Small usability issues in Blast.
