Overview
You can create a draft Blast that another staff member can copy and send to a different group of contacts. This helps your team share blast content without rewriting messages.
Create an email blast as the first staff member
Before another staff member can send your blast email, you need to make it available as a draft. You do this by sending the blast to yourself, which allows another staff member to access, edit, and resend the same content to a different group of contacts.
To prepare the blast:
- Go to: Contacts
- Select yourself as the contact
- Click More > Email Blast
- Click the Drafts tab
- Select the draft blast you want to make available
- Click Send to 1 Recipient
This step makes the draft Blast available to your team, so another staff member can copy and send it when ready.
Send the blast as the second staff member
You can copy the blast that the first staff member prepared and send it to your selected contacts.
To send the blast to your contacts:
- Go to: Contacts
- Select the contacts you want to send the blast to
- Click Email Blasts > Reports
- Select the name of the first staff member in the Consultant dropdown
- Select the blast they prepared
- Click Copy
- Edit the blast if you need to customise it
- Click Preview & Save
- Click Send to # recipients to send the blast to your selected contacts
