Learn how to manage email blast icons to keep your email templates visually consistent and up to date.
Updating icons allows you to refresh branding, replace outdated artwork, or improve image quality without rebuilding individual templates. By storing image links in Global Settings, the same icons can be applied consistently across all email blasts.
To update email blast icons:
- Go to: Email Designer
- Select a template or create a blank template
- Click the image picker
- Click Upload Image
- Upload the new icon image
- Enter a Name
- Click Upload
- Once uploaded, right‑click the image and select Copy image link
- Replace the existing icon links with the new image URLs
To update icon links in Global Settings:
- Navigate back to the template click Global Settings
- Click the Properties tab
- Paste the copied image links into the relevant icon fields
- Click Save to apply the changes
Note: Updating the image links here updates the icons wherever they are used across email blasts.
