Learn how to update a listing’s sale details to ensure your sold listings appear in your blast email.

How it works
Sold listings will only appear in the sold sales listings section of your blast email if the listing has a valid actual unconditional date and the include unconditional sales option is selected. This ensures only verified sales are used in your email communications.
Configure a listing’s actual unconditional date
To display a sold listing for selection, it must include an Actual Unconditional date and you must enable the unconditional sales option.
To configure:
- Go to: Sales > Listings
- Click the Sale Details tab
- Scroll down to Conditions
- Click the pencil icon
- Enter the Actual Unconditional Date
- Click Save
Once this date is entered, the listing will appear under Sold Sales Listings in your Blast editor.
Send a blast email with sold listings
To send a blast email:
- Go to: Contacts
- Filter your contacts to find the group you want to email
- Tick the checkbox to select all contacts
- Click Email Blast > New Blast at the top of the screen
- Select the Sender
- Enter the Subject
- Select a Template
- Add sectons and organise layout
- Click the Sold Sales Listings section
- Select Selected Listings
- Search and select the address
- Tick Include Unconditional Sales
- Select Preview & Save to review your changes and save the Blast as a draft
- When ready, click Send to # Recipients to deliver the Blast
