Summary
Learn how to set a limit on the number of contacts agents can send a blast to before approval is required.
Set contact limits for blasts
You can control how many contacts an agent can send a blast to before an approval process is required. This helps prevent large or unintended mass sends and ensures your organisation has oversight before high‑volume blasts are sent.
To control contact limits:
- Go to: Settings > CRM > Email Settings
- Locate the section for Blast Contact Limit
- Enter the maximum number of contacts an agent can blast without approval
Example:
If you set the limit to 99, agents can send blasts to up to 99 contacts without approval.
When they attempt to send a blast to 100 or more, the approval process is automatically triggered.
Note: If you do not set a limit, all agents can send blasts to any number of contacts without needing approval.
