Mailto links allow you to create a hyperlink that opens a new email in the recipient’s default email client. You can preset the email address, subject, body text, and even CC or BCC fields. These links can be added to both text and images within your Blast emails or library templates.
To embed mailto hyperlink:
- Go to: Contacts
- Filter your contacts to find the group you want to email
- Tick the checkbox to select all contacts
- Click Email Blast > New Blast at the top of the screen
- Click the arrow next to Content Box
- Click inside the Content Box to enable editing
- Enter your text
- Highlight the text or image you want to link
- Select the Insert/edit link button
- Enter the desired mailto link into the Link URL field

Set the recipient email

Add a preset subject
mailto:test@example.com?subject=Email Subject Text Here
Add subject + body text
