Version 5.7 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System.
Things We’ve Made
-
Buyer SMS 'Sender' configuration - On the Office SMS Settings page (Settings > General > SMS > Office) it is now possible to configure whether the SMS that is sent following an inspection comes from the 'Sender ID' or the 'Sender Name'. The 'Sender ID' is the consultant's mobile number, whereas the 'Sender Name' is a text name, of up to 11 characters, that can be set at an Office level, e.g 'MyAgency'.
The benefit of using a Sender Name is that any URLs that are included in the SMS are more likely to display to the recipient as a clickable link. The downside is that the recipient will not be able to directly reply or call the sender. More information can be found here in the below knowledgebase article:

Things We’ve Improved
-
Enhancements to the ActivePipe integration: We've built an enhanced integration with ActivePipe which allows more data to be sent from ActivePipe to Box+Dice.
- Please note this feature is reliant upon activation by ActivePipe.
- If your office has the ActivePipe integration enabled, when an email is sent to a Contact from within ActivePipe, details of that email including email subject, link, and latest action will now display on the Contacts timeline within Box+Dice. More information can be found in the below knowledgebase article.

Note: ActivePipe has not yet activated this on their end. -
SMS all checked-in buyers: We have created a configuration setting on the Office level to allow an SMS to be sent to a Buyer after they check-in via the Listing QR Code. This configuration setting is on the same page as the 'Sender ID/Sender Name' config (Settings > General > SMS> Office). When enabled this will ensure a prospective buyer will receive your SMS regardless of their check-in method.
Things We’ve Fixed
- The Buyer Leads and Inspection attendee's shown in the Simple Vendor report and Advanced Vendor report would occasionally show a discrepancy. This has been fixed so they are calculated the same way.
Things We're Working On
- New reports for the Reports screen.
- Prospecting discovery.
- Recording filter searches in Record Logs.
