5.5 Release Notes

MRI Box and Dice MRI Box and Dice

Version 5.5 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients.

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

  • Four new Appraisal reports. We have built and deployed the same powerful reporting framework that is on the Listing Search screen to the appraisal screen, along with four new reports. 
    • Appraisal List report - A report that displays any selected appraisals and the basic details of each. 
    • Appraisal Detail report - A report that displays any selected appraisal and comprehensive details of each. 
    • Appraisals Missed report - This report shows appraisals that have been cancelled or expired (the expected close date has passed). This can be used to identify any opportunities that have been missed. 
    • Appraisal Conversion report - This report compares appraisals created versus appraisals that have been Listed. 
  • Two new Contact reports. As above, along with the appraisals screen we have added the reporting framework to the Contacts page with two new reports. 
    • Contact Call list - A list of all selected contacts and their contact information.
    • Contact Snapshot report - A report that shows all selected contacts and further information about each. 

To access the new reports navigate to the Contact or Appraisals Search screens, build your filter, select your contacts and click 'Choose Report', on the menu at the top of the screen.

  • A new Blast template - A new default Blast template has been created and is available via the 'Template' drop down menu. 

Things We’ve Improved

  • We have provided additional data points to the AiRE (Rita) API.
  • We have provided additional data points to the Rebot API. 
  • The REA portal upload now uses their API rather than the XML method. 
  • The Office Cashflow and Cash Statement reports now group results by Listing Office and will display subtotals. 

 

Things We’ve Fixed

  • The Media Vendor Campaign Item download can now be initiated by users outside of the Listing Office. 
  • Exporting records from the Payroll to CSV has been fixed.
