Version 5.4 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to clients.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System.
Things We’ve Made

Report Subscription - It is now possible to subscribe to a report and have it delivered directly to your inbox. Navigate to the Sales Listing screen, set your filter, choose your report and then click on Subscribe > Subscription Details. Here you can select the frequency you want the report delivered to your inbox, click 'Save' and you're done - you will be emailed your report!
- An ACL governs which staff can subscribe to reports.
- The report will be regenerated based on the filter you have selected each time it is run. The report will include all returned results.
- You can subscribe to as many filter + report combinations as you wish.
- When a user is made inactive any subscribed report will cease being sent.
- You can unsubscribe from the report via a link in the email.
- Click to Call - Next to a Contacts phone number in the desktop version of Box+Dice you will now see an icon with a phone. Clicking on this will open up a dialogue box, allowing you to select a program to make a call to this number. Your company may have a third-party call provider that will allow you to make these calls, alternatively, you could use your Android phone or Skype. Things We’ve Improved
- On the Listing report, the Consultant and Days on Market are now included.
- On the Upcoming Auctions report the Consultant is now included.
- System generated Buyer Notes now default to 'Hide from owner'.
Things We’ve Fixed
- When exporting a Ledger Balance to a word document, the amount is now formatted correctly.
- In some instances Appointment reminders were being sent multiple times. This is has been corrected.
