Version 4.12.0 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients.

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System. 

Things We've Made

Lots of cool new features in this release. Below are the highlights:

• Contact Ranking
  From the contacts screen, there is now a new 'Contact Ranking View'. Clicking on this will display all your contacts ranked by how likely Box+Dice thinks they are to have a property to sell. We have developed an algorithm which takes into account things like:
  
  • Whether the contact owns a property or has had a past appraisal
  • Have they recently attended an inspection
  • How much time has elapsed since your last contact with them

Overtime the Algorithm will be tweaked and improved and could potentially be enhanced to use data external to Box+Dice to more accurately identify your contacts that are likely to sell.

• Vendor Activity report
  We know some of the reporting in Box+Dice is a little outdated and we are starting to address this. First up is a new Vendor Activity report. This is the 'Simple' version of the report, which is designed to be quick and efficient to send out and will later be complemented by a configurable report with more data.
  
  From the Buyer Leads screen, click Reports > Vendor Report. The report will include all Buyer Leads and can be sent to your vendor whenever you need to give them an update. The report includes information on:
  • Number of interested buyers
  • Inspections
  • Contracts requested
  • Offers made
    
    

Things We've Improved 

• Quick Search
  We have improved the results that are returned via the Quick Search screen. This means it will be easier to find those properties or contacts you are looking for. 
  
  Not only have we improved the way we find your contacts and properties, we have also improved the navigation so that you can quickly navigate to the identified property, appraisal, listing or sales transaction.
