6.8 Release Notes

Version 6.8 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Made

• Before You Bid (BYB) integration https://www.beforeyoubid.com.au/ - BYB provide property reports to potential buyers - and additionally captures other valuable buyer and seller signals via their BYB Assist web survey. This includes whether a prospective buyer has requested a contract for the property or a market appraisal for their property. With the integration, this valuable information is fed back into Box and Dice, where the Sales Consultant can nurture the contact as a buyer or as both a buyer and seller.
  
  
  
  Here is a little about how the integration works: you can enable the BYB integration via the integrations screen. Once enabled, please include the BYB URL in the post-inspection SMS. When an inspection attendee receives the SMS, they can click on the URL and complete the BYB Assist web survey. If the prospective buyer wants to be sent a contract for a property or a market appraisal, a note will be created on the Sales Listing within Box and Dice.

• Security improvements - we have created two new Access Control Levels (ACLs): one to restrict visibility and access to a Contacts bank account details and the other to limit what Contacts can be synced to a consultant's mobile device.
  • Contact Account details
    • Edit permission - Users with this permission can create or edit a Contacts bank account details.
    • View permission - Users with this permission will see a Contacts bank account details.
    • To access this ACL follow: General > Settings > Access > Contacts > Bank Account Details
      
      
      
      
  • Apply Mobile Contact category
    • Users with this permission can add the Mobile Contact category for a Contact. Removing it will mean a user can't add the category, so that the Contact won't sync to their mobile phone. To access this ACL follow: General > Settings > Access > Contacts > Contact Categories 
      
      

Things We’ve Improved

• Updated the RedHQ XML to include the expected unconditional date and whether a property is off the market.

Things We're Working On

• Prospecting workflow - this has been progressing well, and we have started to book appointments to demo the new screens and workflows to clients. 
• Property Tree integration with Box and Dice.
