Version 6.3 of the Box and Dice web app has been released to all clients.  

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box and Dice System.

Things We’ve Improved

  • Microsoft Calendar Sync - Microsoft are deprecating the API that allowed us to sync your Box and Dice Calendar with your Office 365 calendar. We have upgraded to their latest API to allow the sync between calendars to continue to work. There is no change to how this works from a user's perspective, however you will need to re-enable the sync when you next sign in to Box and Dice. If you have the Office 365 calendar sync currently enabled, we will display the below message upon successful log to ask you to re-authorise the sync of Box and Dice with Office 365. Things We’ve Fixed

  • When sending an email from the Library and 'Combined Single Email’ is selected under ‘Generate Email’, prior to version 6.3, the system would generate 2 emails (one to each vendor) and the salutation was combined with the salutation order reversed for each email. This has been fixed, and now works as below:
    • Vendor / Purchaser (Combined Single Email)

      • WHEN a listing has multiple vendors / purchasers
        AND library email recipient “Vendor / Purchaser (Combined Single Email)” is selected
        AND specific vendor / purchaser is selected from dropdown
        THEN email is generated and sent to selected recipient(s) only with combined salutation fields.

    • Vendor / Purchaser (Combined Salutation Separate Emails)

      • WHEN listing has multiple vendors / purchasers
        AND library email recipient “Vendor / Purchaser (Combined Salutation Separate Emails) is selected
        THEN separate emails are generated and sent to all Vendor/Purchaser recipients with combined salutation fields
        WITH the salutation order being library email recipient, followed by all other Vendor/Purchaser recipients

  • Under the Campaigns tab of a listing, a campaign item that previously had the Discount Funder set to either ‘Consultant' or ‘Office' would switch to 'The Listing' upon saving. This has been fixed.
  • On the Search screens we have simplified the Sort functionality. You can now only sort by one field using the header fields in the 'Table view'. You can continue to sort by multiple columns using the 'Order by' menu.
