How it works

Sold listing behaviour in RedHQ is determined by data provided from your Box+Dice listing. RedHQ reads the unconditional contract date to decide whether the property should appear online as sold or remain current.

If a property is still progressing through the sale process, you can also choose to display it as under offer by enabling a specific listing flag. This helps ensure your online listings accurately reflect the status of each property throughout the sale lifecycle.

Configure actual unconditional date

RedHQ uses the Actual Unconditional Date field from Box+Dice to decide whether a listing should appear as sold.

To configure actual unconditional date:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Search and select the relevant listing
  • Click Sale Details
  • Scroll to the Conditions section
  • Confirm the Actual Unconditional Date

  • Check the date value: 
    • If the date is entered and not in the future, RedHQ will display the listing online as Sold
    • If the date is blank or set in the future, RedHQ will display the listing online as Current
Note: RedHQ does not use conditional status labels directly from Box+Dice. The unconditional date is the determining factor.

Display a listing as under offer

If the property is still progressing toward settlement and you want it to appear as Under offer, you can enable a specific display setting.

To display a listing under offer:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Search and select the relevant listing
  • Click the pencil icon next to Sales Listing

  • Scroll to the Load & Web fields
  • Toggle the Listing Under Offer option to enable the status

  • Click Save to push the update through to RedHQ
Tip: Use the under-offer option only while the property is still progressing toward unconditional status. Once unconditional, use the Actual Unconditional Date to trigger the sold status.
