Overview

When a listing is synced from Box+Dice to CampaignTrack, CampaignTrack automatically returns a response confirming whether the sync was successful or failed.

Most sync attempts return a Success response. If an issue occurs, an error message is returned and recorded in the Media Vendor logs.

The quickest way to understand why a sync failed is to review the Media Vendor logs.

To view the sync response:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
