About BidTracker integration

BidTracker.com.au receives listings directly from Box+Dice using the Portal Uploader. This integration ensures property details, pricing, and advertising copy are correctly sent to the platform.

Note: BidTracker listings must be managed individually; bulk portal uploads do not include BidTracker.

Configure listing before syncing

Before sending a listing to BidTracker.com.au, ensure the required listing information and advertising content are completed.

To configure the listing:

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Click the pencil icon next to Sales Listing

  • Set the Listing Type to Exclusive

  • Scroll to Pricing
  • Enter a Portal Price

  • Click Save

Configure advertising copy

BidTracker requires advertising content to be available in the listing’s advanced copy.

To configure the advertising copy:

  • In the Listing screen, click Media Vendor

  • Confirm that Box+Dice / Internet Description is complete in RTEHome
  • Ensure a Headline has been added
  • In the listing screen, click Advertising Copy
  • Confirm that the Adv Copy has pulled through from RTEHome

If it has not appeared yet, wait up to one minute for the refresh.

  • Once the advertising copy has appeared, click Save

Send the listing to BidTracker

After preparing the listing and advertising copy, you can push the listing to BidTracker.

To send the listing to BidTracker:

  • In the Listing screen, click Manage Portals

  • Click Web Portals

  • Locate and tick BidTracker in the list of portals

  • Click Add Campaign Items
  • Click the pencil icon next to BidTracker portal
  • Select the status that BidTracker needs to receive - Current, Sold, Withdrawn or OffMarket

  • Click BidTracker in the list to send the listing

  • Click Yes to confirm the upload

Important: If portal upload settings are not configured for REA or Domain, do not use the blue ‘Upload’ buttons for those portals. Instead, manually select and push BidTracker individually from the Web Portals menu.
