About campaign item downloads

If your agency uses a Media Vendor integration, you can optionally sync campaign items from your Media Vendor platform into Box+Dice. Campaign items typically include advertising costs or marketing services associated with a listing campaign.

This allows campaign items created in your Media Vendor platform to appear in the corresponding campaign within Box+Dice, helping keep both systems aligned.

Before using this function, it must first be enabled by Box+Dice Support.

Common Media Vendor platforms used with Box+Dice include:

• CampaignTrack
• Advenda
• Realhub
• RedHQ

Enable campaign item downloads for a listing

Once the Media Vendor integration is active and the listing has been synced, you can enable campaign item downloads for that listing.

To enable the campaign item downloads:

• Go to: Sales > Listings
• Open the required listing in Box+Dice
• Click the Media Vendor

• Select Enable Campaign Items Download

After enabling this option, Box+Dice will begin syncing campaign items from the Media Vendor platform for that listing.

Automatic campaign item synchronisation

After campaign item downloads are enabled, Box+Dice will automatically check for updates from the Media Vendor platform.

Every time you open the main listing screen, Box+Dice will attempt to download the latest campaign items. This ensures that your campaign data stays aligned with the Media Vendor system.

This process helps maintain consistency between both platforms without requiring manual updates.

Manually refresh campaign items

If you need to update campaign items immediately, you can manually trigger a sync.

• Open the listing in Box+Dice
• Click the Media Vendor menu
• Click Receive

This will attempt to retrieve the latest campaign items from the Media Vendor platform.
