Version 4.2 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients on version 4.
You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System. If you're still on version 3 don't despair! Everyone will have version 4 by mid August, in time for Spring!
Things We’ve Improved
- Made it easier to add multiple Categories at once to a contact.
- Categories now always show in the Contact Popover. If a My Contact Consultant exists then this is highlighted.
- We've added and favourited some 'Default Filters' on the Contacts and Sales screens (they'll also show on the dashboard) to get you started. You can't edit them or delete them but you can:
- Unfavourite them via Saved Filters
- Make changes to them and Save them as your own filters.
Things We've Fixed
- Settings>Integrations - RP Data tile is now available to enable/manage this integration.
- Project Properties can once again be listed in bulk.
- Scheduled Blast Campaigns can now be cancelled.
- Can now copy a sent Blast without error
- Inspection-day notes returned to Agent App Vendor Report.
- Can now select multiple consultants in Cateogories subfilter.
- Matching Criteria rows are no longer duplicated in the 'Matched Contacts' modal.
- Sidebar Task count is now accurate, including due and overdue tasks.

- Task date picker now allows back/forward by year, not just month.
- Blast - Selection: 'Selected Listings' now automatically chosen when listings checked.
- Web Leads (Ingesta Enquiries) which pre-date version 4 are once again visible in the contact timeline.
- 'Passed In' now shows near display price on the Listing Details screen if applicable.
- Fixed an issue where Matched Contacts was not always taking Suburb into account.
- Sales filter screen - currency fields now export correctly to csv.
- Fixed a problem with selecting billing office on Settings>Integrations>Website API tile.
- When adding a Task Template to a contact - newly added tasks are shown on contact record without needing to refresh.
- Apply Task Template now allows you to manage and delete existing tasks via the Existing Tasks tab.
- Advertising Copy Heading and Text fields now work in the Sales screen and Library merge fields.
