Overview

Scheduling allows you to prepare a blast now and have it automatically send at a later date and time. This is helpful when planning ahead for campaigns, announcements, or time‑sensitive communications.

Note: You can only schedule a blast up to 7 days in advance.

Schedule email blast

Before you schedule your email blast, ensure the content is complete and ready to send.

After saving your blast, you can choose to send it now or schedule it for later.

To schedule your blast:

  • Click Preview and Save

  • Click Send to # recipient
  • In the pop‑up, Tick Send later

  • Enter the preferred date and time

  • Click Yes to confirm the scheduled send

Once scheduled, the blast will appear in the Sent section, where it remains until the system automatically triggers delivery at your chosen time.
