Overview

You can send a blast email to buyer leads linked to a specific listing by filtering your contacts. Buyer leads are identified through their buyer activity, which ties them directly to the property. By applying filters, you can target your communication to the exact group of leads connected to that listing.

Filter contacts to find buyer leads

To identify buyer leads for a specific listing, use activity filters to narrow down your contacts list.

To filter buyer leads:

• Go to: Contacts
• Click Add Filter Item

• Select Activity Type
• Set the condition to is any of
• Select the relevant Buyer activity types

Add a subfilter to specify the listing

• Click Activity Type Subfilter

• Select Activity Property
• Select is any of
• Search for and select the listing address

• Click Apply

Your Contacts list will update to show only the Buyer Leads linked to this particular listing.

Send blast email to filtered buyer leads

Once the list is filtered:

• Tick Select All to highlight all matched Buyer Leads
• Click Email Blast
• Select New Blast to begin creating your email

• From there, you can choose your template, enter content, and finalise your Blast email
