Projects V2 is a venture we were working on throughout 2017, by seeking ideas and feedback from some of our biggest project clients we believe we have come up with a solution to suit all project users big and small. This version is a huge step up from V1, which we released in mid 2016. We are super excited and cannot wait for you to see all the new features.

Reservations.
Reservations are a big part of the selling projects and you can now ‘reserve’ a project listing for a buyer, with reservation due date and deposit, and keep the history of reservations. You can also add reservation specific notes that are visible on the contacts screen. Once the listing is ‘Sold’ the reservation history of that buyer follows the sale.
Payment Stages for commission payouts.
Next to reservations, this is the most exciting new feature!
You can now separate payment stages for invoices with the option to select from four available payout dates. Pay commissions throughout the transaction at separate intervals and with dynamic due dates, reflect these stages on invoices and propagate paid commissions into payroll.
Project Listings Management.
We have improved the user experience when working with projects and their listings in Box+Dice. Consultants can manage project sales more easily and can be more effective with their work flow.
Search filter improvements.
Filtering is always something that can make your life a lot easier if you are after some specific information. We have added in some Project specific filtering options, including being able to filter by reservations, listing and appraisals status' and as well as adding in options in the advanced view search screen for projects.
Auto Alerts.
We know that agents love to know when things are happening on a listing, You can now follow the reservation status of your project listing’s status, by setting up an auto alert based on reservation status.
