Things We've Made
- QR Code registration for inspections.
We have built a tool that allows attendees of your inspections to register their attendance via a QR code. Accessed via the Buyer Leads page on a listing, you can download a QR Code report that is unique to that listing. By printing it out and displaying it your inspection, attendees can register their attendance electronically. A successful registration will result in:- A new contact being created (or we will check if the contact already exists in your database)
- The contact will be added automatically the the Buyer Register
- The contact will be 'checked in' to an existing inspection or a new private inspection will be recorded.
- The contact will be added to the 'Contact Tracer' report, also accessed from the same menu with details of when they attended the inspection, allowing you to pass this information onto the relevant authorities if requested
