Version 4.13.0 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to all clients.

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System. 

Things We've Made

Improved 'Matching contacts' tool and a new report
The matching contacts modal has been added to the property page (previously it was available via an appraisal or listing).

Initially we match a contact to a property, appraisal or listing if the contacts matching criteria matches the property, or if their matching criteria has not been populated.

We have added functionality to allow you to exclude those contacts that are matched due to blank criteria fields.

Clicking on any of the checkboxes will narrow down your list to only those contacts who directly match the property.

It is then possible to select up to 1,000 contacts and hit 'Save to PDF'. This will generate a report with all selected contacts and their matching criteria. This report can be used to:

• Send to a prospective vendor to inform them of how many matched contacts exist in your database before they even list their property. 
• Send to a vendor as a list of contacts who you will be advertising the listing to. 
•  Work through as a call sheet before an open home or auction.

RP Data upgrade
RP Data have upgraded their API. Box+Dice have done the work behind the scenes to switch over to the new integration but there are a couple of tasks you will need to use before you can start using the new version.

Things We've Fixed

Minor bug fixes, including:

• Default signature on emails now correctly defaults to the signed in user
• Multiple purchasers are now displayed on the Prospecting screen
• Changed colour of the text on the appointments page to improve the display
