Things We've Made
- New Auto Alert Trigger: Sales > Commission Target is Reached. This will fire when an agent has a tiered commission structure and they reach a target milestone.
- New Zealand users can now Activate/Deactivate their Trademe account via a button on the Staff Card.
Things We've Improved
- Listing file attachments have a new checkbox called "Available in Agent App" to safeguard against Consultants accidentally sending confidential listing attachments via the Agent App.
- If this box is not checked, either at or after upload, the attachment will not be visible on the Agent App.
So as to avoid disruptions at OFIs for agents, we have initially marked all files as 'Available in Agent App'. We suggest that you have your champions check over current listings and remove any files that you do not wish the agents to see/be able to send to clients via the Agent App.
- If this box is not checked, either at or after upload, the attachment will not be visible on the Agent App.
- Consultant Commission (Payroll) reports now include a table itemising details of Commission Deductions.
- New merge fields added to Auto Alerts:
- Under Sales > Purchaser Added - new fields: Vendor Email address, Listing Consultant 1, Listing Consultant 2.
- Under Listings > Listing Marked as Sold - new fields: Vendor Names(s), Vendor email address.
- Validation has been added to Statement of Information file uploads to comply with realestate.com.au limits. You will now be prevented from uploading a file which is not a PDF, or is greater than 2 Mb. (relevant to Victoria, Australia only)
- Owner details now show on the Property Filter screen, even when a property is not yet appraised or listed.
- In emailed Auto Alerts merge fields: Buyer, Vendor and Purchaser name all hyperlink when used in the body of the message.
- The Listing Information screen for New Zealand properties now has additional fields to make portal loading easier: Listing Number, Pricing Type RENZ and Pricing Type Trademe.
- In the browser app and Agent App, searching for a mobile phone number now checks Phone AH and Phone BH fields as well as the Mobile field.
- New layout Content Editor screens now allow changes to text colour and font.
- New Zealand users no longer need to change Land listings' property type to load to different portals.
- Credit Card transaction import now warns when there are two listings with the same street address but different suburb.
- Auto Alert for Unconditional Date now triggers when date is added, not based on the date entered to allow for often retrospective dates. Renamed to Actual Unconditional Date Added.
- Choose E-Alert sender for a contact is now more intuitive.
