We've begun rolling out version 3.9 to all users. This will be a staggered release and should reach all systems within the coming weeks.

Things We've Made

  • Added the ability to automatically create receipts from unmatched credit transactions after importing a bank statement.
  • Added the ability to set tiered commission split targets for consultants.
  • Added the Gender field to display in the main Contact screen.
  • Added the ability to send staff payroll-related emails to an alternate private email address.

Things We've Improved

  • Updated the RENZ portal feed to include Tender End Date (New Zealand clients only).
  • Updated the Enterprise Importer to now import a sold listing's Date of Sale.
  • Updated the TradeMe portal feed to allow uploads for Commercial Lease listings (New Zealand clients only).
  • Enlarged the view area when selecting uploaded files to add as email attachments, so long filenames can be read.
  • Added Instagram URL field to both Staff and Office settings.
  • Added more meaningful error reporting when an Enterprise Importer import fails.
  • Added the ability to add consultants from other Office Groups for a conjunctional listing.
  • Reinstated the Repeat Task functionality to calculate time from today's date rather than the original task's date.
  • Improved the bar widths on the buyer interest level graphic to more accurately represent the proportion of each level.
  • SMS scheduled either deliberately or by technical delays to send to recipients between 9pm and 8am will now be sent at 8am the next day.

Things We've Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where imported CalDAV appointment timezones were handled incorrectly.
  • Fixed an issue where changes to a listing could not be saved because of an associated auction appointment.
  • Users will no longer encounter an error when attempting to export receipts to CSV.
  • Fixed an error sometimes encountered when searching for a contact to add to a Trust Receipt.
  • Removed unreadable hyperlink code from Contact Name merge fields in auto-alert email subject line.
  • Fixed an issue where the Outstanding Balance shown in the Accounting Statements screen did not take into account part-paid items.
  • Consultant commission statements now show commissions which are pending as at the last date of the reporting period, instead of as at the date the report is generated.
