Things We’ve Built
- Two-way Calendar Integration!!! It is now possible to link your Box+Dice calendar directly to your Outlook or Gmail calendar. More information and instructions here.
Things We’ve Improved
- Solicitor Companies and Contacts are now found in the Contacts screen. This means:
- Adding Solicitors to a Listing or Sale is slightly different.
- Solicitors now support all the correct address fields for New Zealand.
- Filtering for Solicitors is now possible in the Contacts screen.
- Solicitor Contacts are related to their Company in the Contact Detail screen.
- Contact deduplication can now be used for Solicitors.
- Solicitors can still be managed via Settings>Sales>Solicitors at the moment.
- We have the foundation to deliver solicitor library emails in a coming version.
- Rental Appraisals now support Price From and Price To rather than a single figure.
- Users can no longer send Library SMS messages if they do not have an Access Control Level permitting Bulk SMS.
- Changes to Advenda Integration: Advertising Consultant 1,2,3 are now sent. Listing Consultants are ignored.
- When emailing Consultant Commission Statements, the email subject now includes more detail: "Commission Statement: ()".
- It is now possible to create a second (or subsequent) Sales Receipt against a commission invoice (rather than having to edit the original receipt's amount).
Things We've Fixed
- Fixed an intermittent issue with uploading of rental listings via the Enterprise Importer.
- Users of the Enterprise Importer are no longer advised via email when images >26 are ignored by the importer.
- Additional checks added to prevent creation of duplicate payment references.
- Resolved an issue where the Plezzel integration was creating duplicate contacts rather than matching to existing ones.
- No longer need to clear cookies and cache to see new details when regenerating a PDF.
- Eradicated error "unable to convert unpermitted parameters to hash" when drawing a shape on the Map in the Property Filter screen.
- Where the number of parking spaces is deleted, the update is now sent through to REA when next you portal load.
- When adding items to bills, double clicking the item no longer adds a duplicate.
- No longer receiving an error when adding 2 or more owned properties in one go.
- Removed an error caused by a "foreign key constraint for Commission Payment Milestone" when attempting to delete a Listing.
- Listing Price Edited Auto Alert no longer triggers across office groups.
- Perth, Tasmania is now available when setting Matching Criteria.
- Broken fields in the Auto Alert "Contact Details Edited" have been fixed: [First Name - Old]
[Mobile - Old]. - Fixed a problem where users with contacts shared across Office Groups could see Categories and Activities from outside their Group.
- The date at the top of second and subsequent pages of "Date Order" and "Date Order (with Vendors)" OFI reports is now correct.
- Fixed occasional error when adding/editing Inspections "Validation errors. Error Maximum 2 records are allowed. Got 3 records instead."
- Some clients were experiencing the odd double up of Properties on the Basic Stock List report. This has been resolved.
Things We're Working On
- v3.2 of the Agent App will go into Beta testing soon. It has a fresh look and some new features, like all-new email layouts, one-touch Contract emailing and recording offers.
- Campaign Agent two-way Integration is in testing; it will save both time and keystrokes.
- A new dashboard is in the final stages of development.
- Work continues on the 'Alignment' Project to unify the user interface and ready the platform for Property Management.
