Version 4.4 of the Box+Dice web app has been released to Beta clients.

You can check your version below the 'Help Centre' icon in the bottom left corner of your Box+Dice System. If you're still on version 3 don't despair! Everyone will have version 4 by mid August, in time for Spring!

Things We’ve Improved

  • Added new Default Filters in the Contacts screen and Favourited them for you. You can manage Favourites through the Saved Filters link.

  • Added new Default Filters to the Sales screen

    • It is now possible to export more than 500 records from the Sales and Contacts screens. This is not currently enabled for any users and is managed via the Access Control Level Global Permissions>Export Data (over 500 records).
  • There's a new menu item at the bottom of the Sidebar. It contains important information about the system like Release Notes, Tutorials and announcements. If there are new announcements you'll see the red number. Click to view new and archived Announcements.image__4_.png

Things We've Fixed

  • Now possible to bulk add/remove Categories for Inactive Consultants.
  • Restored the ability to edit notes in the Contact timeline (access permitting).
  • Advertising Copy fields are now working the Library.
  • Improved behaviour of the inline-editable fields in the Buyer Leads detail view.
  • Can once again filter by inactive Consultants.
  • Send email modal now warns you when you click away.
  • Contacts screen results can now be sorted on Address and Suburb.

  • Completing the new Vendor Report.
  • Continuing the rollout of version 4 to all clients.
