Things We've Made
NEW Territories
We're really excited about this one! Now multi-office systems can visually mark territories on a map, and listings within the marked area will automatically be added to that territory. Coupled with the below features, this new module will solve a lot of issues multi-office clients face.
- Visually map out territories on a map and assign them to an office
- Properties will automatically be added to their relevant territory
- Filter your searches based on territories
- Get notified when another office lists within your territory
- Users will be warned when a listing is in another territory, as well as being prompted to include the territories office in the commission split.
This is just the beginning of Territories with more features to join the module in phase two.

- Added the ability to delete Trust & General accounts made in error (given there are no recorded transactions).
Property Commissions
- Expanded rounding on commission splits to 4 decimal points to minimalise need for manual intervention.
Things We've Improved
- Improvements to Enterprise Importer to better match listings with existing consultants.
- Improvements to the API (connections with third parties like REB, CampaignAgent, etc).
- Improved processing of Library Reports that contain a large number of listings (User-Built Stocklists with 70+ Listings).
- Improved the totals section on Invoices to clearly show the breakdown of subtotal, discounts, GST and total.
- Removed reference to publication titles from campaign schedules, as they are no longer utilised within the new Accounting module.
- Improved display of accounting reports where ledgers had a large number of transactions.
Things We've Fixed
- Resolved issue where opening attachment in emails would request viewer to log in to Box+Dice.
- Resolved issue where new users would be logged out of Box+Dice when viewing files on listings.
- Resolved issues where some reversed transactions were showing as 'dishonoured'.
- Resolved issue where pending transactions were not instantly clearing when a ledger transaction was reversed.
- Resolved issue where at times, users can not select a reminder time when creating an appointment.
- Resolved issue where the SMS report would show incorrect charge.
- Resolved issue where a deleted discount would still appear in reports.
- Resolved issue where international prefix was not syncing to phones via CalDAV.
- Resolved issue where Commission reports would show liquid errors.
- Resolved issue where trust accounts would not display in the drop-down when creating a new ledger from within the main Accounting Module.
- Resolved issue where removing 'description' notes from a listing would be retained on Library reports.
