Things New and Improved:

  • We have added a default receipt type option, where you can choose to default receipts to be held until release of deposit OR funds available prior to release, go to settings > accounting > accounts > select the Trust account > select your Default Funds Type
  • My Contact Category Consultant and Other Category Consultant recipients have been added to auto alerts where the category is Buyer register and the trigger is Buyer added to Buyer register
  • There are now Auto Alert triggers for Task Note Added/Edited and Task completed under the Contact Category
  • There is now an Auto Alert trigger for Property search records exported under the listing Category
  • XML feed for New Zealand clients has been amended to include the element allowing feeds to sites other than realestate.co.nz & trademe.co.nz
  • We have created a new Rentals Portal loading screen which allows you to add portals in bulk as well as refine results through a new search filter
  • We have simplified the Campaign Screen, removing unused columns and condensing some information
  • We have added a Record Logs option to the Access Control Levels settings page
  • Commission Screen report now includes the deductions from gross commission after the subtotal
  • Added new tooltips to better explain features

 

Things We've Fixed:

  • Legacy publication details no longer cause duplicate line items in campaign reports
  • Packaged advertising items are now included in tax invoices as expected
  • Fixed an issue causing the Trust account details to not appear on cheque payment summary report
  • We have resolved an issue where some Queensland clients were unable to generate library reports
  • You are now unable to add Contacts to a Settled Listing Buyer register on the Mobile app, staying consistent with the Desktop application
  • Fixed an issue preventing some consultant group from accessing Trust Account details despite having the correct Access control levels for the group
  • Fixed an issue that some users were experiencing when trying to click on the Help centre icon in a condensed web browser screen
  • Commission deduction tooltips now show with a non-Transparent background, making it easier to read
  • Minor Typo fixes across various screens
