Summary
Learn how to add conjunctional sale details when entering commission splits. This allows you to accurately record deductions, descriptions, and amounts within a listing.
About conjunctional sale information
Conjunctional sale information is used when commission is shared between agencies or parties involved in a property transaction. In Box+Dice, this is recorded as a deduction from the gross commission within the listing’s commission details.
Adding conjunctional sale details ensures that commission splits are clearly documented, including the reason, description, and applicable amount or percentage. This helps maintain accurate financial tracking and reporting.
To add conjunctional sale details:
- Go to: Sales > Listings

- Select Commissions
- Enter the Sale Price and Commission details
