Learn how to update a listing’s expected settlement date from the Sale Details screen.
The expected settlement date represents when a property sale is anticipated to be finalised. Keeping this date accurate ensures reliable reporting and helps track the progress of a sale.
This date can be updated at any time from the Sale Details screen to reflect changes in the settlement timeline.
To change expected settlement date:
- Go to: Sales > Listing
- Select and open the listing
- Click the Sale Details tab
- Click the pencil icon next to Sale Details
- Click the calendar icon beside Expected Settlement Date
- Select the new date
- Click Save
