About AML status filters

Staying on top of AML compliance can be challenging, especially when identifying listings where AML checks have not started or where updates have not yet synced back into Box+Dice.

To help you monitor compliance more effectively, Sales Listings includes AML status filters for both vendors and purchasers. These filters allow you to quickly identify listings that require attention and create saved filters for ongoing compliance management.

You can access these filters from Sales > Listings.


Filter sales listings by AML status

  • Go to: Sales > Listings
  • Click + Add Filter
  • Search for and select AML Check - Purchasers or AML Check - Vendors > is any of
  • Select the required AML status:
    • Not Started - Returns listings where at least one listing contact does not have an AML check
    • Incomplete - Returns listings where at least one listing contact has an AML check that is in progress or requires review
  • Complete - Returns listings where all listing contacts have completed AML checks
  • Click Apply to view matching listings
Tip: You can create saved filters to quickly identify listings that require AML attention, such as current listings with incomplete vendor AML checks or sold listings where purchaser AML has not been started.

To support AML compliance monitoring, Vendors AML Status and Purchaser AML Status are available as columns in the Sales Listings table view.
