Learn how to hide a property’s sale price or address across portals, your website, and email communications. These settings allow you to control what information is displayed publicly.

This article covers:

Overview

The Price Undisclosed and Address Undisclosed settings allow you to control whether a property's sale price or address is visible on portals, your Box+Dice GRAB website, and Blast emails.

These options are typically used when vendors request privacy or when marketing strategies require limited public disclosure. Applying these settings helps ensure sensitive information is not displayed across external platforms.

Hide the price or address

These settings apply across portals, your GRAB website, and email communications, helping maintain consistent data visibility.

To hide price or address:

  • Go to: Sales > Listing
  • Search for and open the Listing
  • Click the pencil icon next to Listing Information
  • Scroll to Load & Web
  • Togggle Undisclosed Price or Undisclosed  Address
  • Click Save

You can also set the sale price as undisclosed via Sale Details > Commissions > Price Undisclosed.

When this option is enabled, the sale price will remain hidden for approximately 1–3 months after the sale. Once the sale price is released through government property data, it may automatically appear on portals.

Note: If a listing has already been uploaded as Sold to REA (realestate.com.au) with the price displayed, it cannot be changed to undisclosed via a subsequent upload. You must update this directly in your Agent Admin account with REA.
