Summary
Learn how Box+Dice automatically records history notes when correspondence is sent to contacts.
Box+Dice automatically adds a history note to each contact who receives correspondence sent through the system.
This applies to communications sent as:
- Library letters
- Emails
- SMS messages
- E-Alerts
- Blasts
How history notes are created:
These history notes provide a record of communications sent to individual contacts and help you track correspondence activity directly from the contact record.
When correspondence is sent from Box+Dice, a history note is automatically recorded against each recipient's contact record.
This allows you to review communication activity for an individual contact and confirm that correspondence has been sent.
Note: History notes cannot be manually added in bulk to multiple contacts. If you need to add a history note manually, it must be added to each contact individually.
