Overview
Task Templates help automate and standardise tasks applied to Contacts. Editing a Task Template allows you to update its tasks, change who they’re assigned to, adjust scheduling, or remove tasks that are no longer needed.
You can edit both:
- Company Task Templates, which are shared across all Consultants, and
- Consultant Task Templates, which are only visible to the Consultant who created them
When saving changes to a Task Template, users are prompted to decide whether those changes should also be applied to existing tasks created from the template.
