Task Templates (formerly Loyalty Campaigns)

A Task Template is a series of tasks, phone calls or letters that are set up in a template and stored in the system. A Consultant will 'Apply' a certain Template to a Contact. This creates these future tasks for given consultants on given dates. eg. Anniversary reminders
